Pre-paid treatment packages:
- Expire 3 months from the purchase date
- Are generally non-refundable except where required by law or approved medical exceptions
- May be converted to clinic credit at the clinic’s discretion
Flexible financing options may be available through third-party providers including CareCredit.
Outstanding balances may require resolution before future appointments are scheduled.
6. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Missed appointments or no-shows may result in a $50 fee.
